Shipping policy

Shipping will take approximately one to two weeks for shipments in the United States. Shipments delivered to locations outside of the United States can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks due to the nature of customs and regulations around international shipping.

Once the item has been shipped, the US Post Office is responsible for the delivery. While Anointed LA can assist with locating the package and inquiring about the timeline of delivery, we do not have control on the shipment timeline, nor the post office's mistakes in fulfilling the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and work out a solution, however, we are not responsible for a typo in the address from the customer when the order was submitted.

Anointed LA offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.
